Instinctual Blindspot Repatterning (6 sessions)

Many people understand their Enneagram type or Instinctual Stacking, yet still feel stuck in the same relational patterns, energy crashes, or cycles of over-effort and withdrawal. This is often the result of an instinctual blindspot—a domain of life where capacity was never fully built, so autonomy is protected through avoidance or compensation.

I work with the instincts not as personality “subtypes,” but as biological drives that shape how autonomy, dependency, and contact are regulated in the body.

This is a focused, time-limited 6-session coaching process designed to help you:

• Identify your instinctual blindspot and how it organizes your life

• Understand the instinctual autonomy conflict driving over-control or collapse

• Build embodied capacity through breathwork and nervous-system regulation.

• Translate insight into concrete, sustainable behavioral shifts.

This work focuses on building capacity where avoidance currently lives, so choice becomes possible again.

Finding Your Enneagram Type (and How to Work With It) (3 Sessions)

This is a focused, three-session process to clarify your Enneagram type and understand how to work with it responsibly.

Rather than trait-based typing or subtype descriptions, the emphasis is on identifying the organizing pattern of attention, motivation, and emotional reactivity that shapes your life.

The final session is devoted to translating type insight into practical inner work—what supports growth for this type, and what tends to reinforce fixation.

Psychological & Contemplative Inner Work (7 Sessions)

This seven-session process offers a structured introduction to deep inner work informed by psychological insight and contemplative traditions.

The emphasis is not on altered states or any sort of belief system, but on learning to recognize mechanical patterns, stabilize attention, and relate more honestly to inner experience and identity.

Drawing on the Fourth Way, archetypal psychology, and symbolic material from ancient wisdom traditions, this work is for people who are curious about spirituality but wary of bypassing, inflation, or spectacle.

Advanced Enneagram: Structure, Process, and Presence (12 Sessions)

This 12-session process will is for people who have an intermediate level of understanding of the Enneagram, but want to take their learning to a deeper level. The emphasis will be on developing a way to think with the Enneagram, not recite it.

This offering is designed for people who already have working knowledge of the Enneagram and want to significantly deepen their understanding and capacity for both self-work and working with others.

Rather than focusing on surface traits or subtype descriptions, this training approaches the Enneagram as a dynamic system that maps how personality structures consciousness, regulates emotion and attention, and resists or permits presence.

The emphasis will be on how personality structures consciousness, how instinct and development shape that structure, and how presence becomes possible within structure.

Across twelve sessions, we explore:

• The Nine Enneagram Types as living psychological structures, not static identities
• The Centers of Intelligence and their role in shaping perception and behavior
Instincts as drives for biological and emotional regulation
• Developmental origins of instinct and personality through separation–individuation
Object relations affects (Attachment, Rejection, Frustration) and their impact on the experience of selfhood.
• The Enneagram of Process as a map of change and transformation
Inner lines of the Enneagram
• Consciousness, Essence Qualities, and levels of presence
• Typing skills

This training is psychologically grounded and informed by contemplative traditions, including the Fourth Way and symbolic material from ancient wisdom traditions.
It is not a certification or a coaching formula.
