The Enneagram for Teams
Communication, Conflict, and Collaboration
This three-hour interactive workshop introduces the Enneagram as a practical framework for understanding differences in communication style, conflict response, and team dynamics.
Rather than focusing on personality labels, the emphasis is on patterns of behavior under pressure and how people instinctively respond when expectations rise, problems emerge, or conflict appears.
The session focuses on two core Enneagram frameworks especially relevant to workplace effectiveness:
Interpersonal Stances (Hornavian Triad)
How people move toward, against, or away from others when they want something or feel pressure. These patterns shape assertiveness, collaboration, withdrawal, and compliance within teams.
Conflict Processing Styles (Harmonic Triad)
How individuals internally process difficulty, disappointment, or disagreement—through optimism, analysis, or emotional engagement—and how these differences can either escalate or resolve tension.
Participants will learn to:
Recognize their own default response patterns under stress
Understand why colleagues may react very differently to the same situation
Reduce misinterpretation of intent during conflict
Communicate more effectively across differing styles
Build practical empathy without lowering standards or accountability
This workshop is especially useful for teams navigating growth, change, or recurring communication breakdowns. The approach is psychologically grounded, accessible, and directly applicable to everyday work interactions.
